Although Mizoram University is not offering any distance courses at this time, it is instead providing online courses such as BA, BBA, BCA, MBA, and certification programs that do not require an entrance exam for admission. The fees for these courses range from INR 19,250 to INR 25,450, making them an affordable choice for students.

Only BCA requires 10+2 with a science stream; other UG courses like BBA and B.COM can be pursued with any stream. For online PG courses, candidates must have an undergraduate degree in allied or cognate subjects with (10+2+3) formal learning and a minimum 40% from a recognized university/body 

Some courses require a specific undergraduate degree; for an MA in education, candidates must have an undergraduate degree in education, and a BA in psychology is required for an MA in psychology. Applicants with relevant work experience of a minimum of two years shall get relaxation in the eligibility conditions for all PG programs.

The University has started the PG courses admission process for the academic year 2025-26 and the last date to register in the Mizoram University Online PG programs is 30 September 2025. The University offers master’s degree programmes like MA, MCom, MBA and students interested in these programmes can fill application form directly at the university website. The fee range of pg programs is starting from INR 21,700 to INR 26,650 and to be eligible for the PG courses students need a bachelor’s degree from UGC (University Grants Commission) approved University. 

Candidates need to submit documents (e.g., passport-size photo, scanned signature, and graduation marksheets) and net-banking details for paying the fees to complete the admission process.
