Berhampur University Distance Education: Admission form will be released soon for the academic session 2025-26, and the expected last date to get enrolled in the programs will be 31 October 2025. The University offers only regular over 24 postgraduate (PG) programs in different fields, including M.A in English, Odia, Political Science, and M.Sc. in Botany, Zoology, Chemistry, Physics, Mathematics, and Biotechnology etc.

To apply for the postgraduate courses, candidates must fill out the online application form available on the university’s official website. Students applying for general PG programs must qualify for the Common PG Entrance Test (CPET) conducted by the Odisha Higher Education Department. For admission to the M.Sc. in Biotechnology program, students need to clear the Graduate Aptitude Test in Biotechnology (GAT-B). The eligibility for applying is having a bachelor’s degree in the relevant field from a UGC approved university.

The application process will begin soon. The application fee for most courses is around INR 500. The course fee ranges between INR 2,000 and INR 1,25,000 per year, depending on the specific program.

For admission to postgraduate courses at Berhampur University Distance Education, candidates must have passed with at least 45% marks or a 5.0 CGPA in aggregate in undergraduate (+3 or equivalent examination).
