The Admissions for the July 2026 session at IGNOU have started from 25th May 2026, and the last date for filling out the online application forms is 15th July 2026. The officials also charge a registration fee for confirming the admissions of the candidates, which is non-refundable. Step 2: Now, click on the “Click Here For New Registration” and enter your basic details like name, mobile number, email ID and create a password.
Step 3: After completing the registration process, log in to fill out the IGNOU application form 2026 by using registration credentials.

IGNOU July Admissions 2026: Fee Refund Policy
IGNOU has started the admissions for the July 2026 session, and students who are applying for ODL or Online programmes must ensure to carefully check the fee refund rules. The registration fee, which is paid by the students to confirm their admissions, is non-refundable under any circumstances. However, if a student cancels the admission before getting the confirmation, the remaining fee can be refunded. Once the admission is confirmed, 15% of the programme fee, up to a maximum of INR 2,000, will be deducted from the refund amount.
Students who opt for digital study materials will only receive a refund of their registration fee upon cancellation. Students who received a fee waiver and paid only the registration and development fees will receive a refund of only the development fee.
IGNOU has also stated that no refunds will be given after 60 days from the last date of admission. Students should read all instructions carefully before submitting the application form.
