31 October 2025 is the last date to apply for the admission at Bangalore University Distance Education and the university has been released the admission form for the July 2025 session. Bangalore University offers undergraduate courses, such as a Bachelor of Commerce (B.Com), as well as postgraduate courses like a Master of Arts (MA) in subjects like English, History, Sociology, Economics, and M.Com and M.Sc in Mathematics in online learning mode. To apply for undergraduate courses, students must have completed the 12th standard, while postgraduate courses require a bachelor’s degree in a related field. Admissions will be based on a merit list.

The fee structure for the courses offered by Bangalore University Distance Education ranges from INR 15,000 to INR 50,000. For foreign students, the university charges USD 450 to USD 500 per annum, in addition to the original fee.

Undergraduate programs: To pursue an undergraduate degree from BUDE, applicants must have a 10+2 or equivalent qualification from a recognized board in Arts, Commerce, Science, or Commerce and Accountancy as an optional subject. 

Postgraduate programs: To pursue a postgraduate degree in distance education, students should have a bachelor’s degree or equivalent with a minimum of 50%-55 %  marks from a recognized university.

Bangalore University offers various PG courses like MA, MCom and MSc for the academic year 2025-26. The last day to fill out the online admission form is 31 October 2025 from the Bangalore University Distance Education official web portal. The applicants who want to pursue PG courses at this popular University need to qualify for a bachelor’s degree from any recognised University.

Bangalore University Distance Education MA Admission

Bangalore University offers MA for the academic year 2025-26 in various disciplines like Kannada, English, Hindi, Economics, Political Science, History and so on. The university has started admissions for the MA courses, and applicants can fill out the admission form till 31 October 2025. Average fees start from INR 17,800 per year, and the course will be completed in 2 years. The Applicants need a bachelor’s degree in a related field with a minimum of 45% marks from an authenticated university to be eligible for the course.
